Seven-day test
ধরুন owner সাত দিন routine operation-এ নেই। কোন decision থেমে যাবে—purchase, discount, payment, hiring, customer escalation, stock transfer, quality release, complaint resolution? List করলেই dependency map দেখা শুরু হয়।
Dependency-এর চার root
- Authority limit লেখা নেই
- Data owner-এর মাথা/phone-এ আটকে
- Process repeatable নয়
- Second-line manager decision practise করেনি
Delegation মানে control ছেড়ে দেওয়া নয়
Good delegation-এ boundary, threshold, evidence এবং escalation rule থাকে। Example: manager discount X% পর্যন্ত approve করতে পারে, কিন্তু margin floor ভাঙলে owner gate; purchase limit Y, কিন্তু new supplier হলে checker approval.
Owner command rhythm
Daily interruption কমিয়ে weekly exception review তৈরি করুন। Dashboard owner-কে সব transaction নয়—threshold breach, unresolved issue এবং strategic decision দেখাবে।
Owner action: আগামী সাত দিনের recurring owner approvals লিখুন। যেগুলো rule দিয়ে safely delegate করা যায়, সেখানে limit + evidence + escalation লিখে pilot করুন।
