Terms, Limitations & No-Guarantee Notice
Important boundaries for website assessments, consultations and project engagements.
Last reviewed: 27 July 2026
No guaranteed profit, sales or income
Business and investment outcomes depend on market conditions, client decisions, capital, timing, compliance and execution. AL FARSI X does not guarantee profit, sales, investment return or client acquisition.
Assessment limitations
Website assessments are preliminary educational indicators—not an audit, valuation, investment recommendation, legal advice or tax advice. Formal recommendations require agreed data, interviews, validation and a written scope.
Client responsibility
Clients remain responsible for final decisions, truthful information, approvals, funding, contracts, licences, tax, regulatory compliance and the actions of their authorised representatives.
Project scope and payment
Deliverables, exclusions, professional fees, client-funded expenses, milestones, change orders, data access, intellectual property, confidentiality, acceptance and termination must be stated in a signed agreement. Website submission alone does not create a consultancy contract.
Venture and financial risk
Idea shortlists, feasibility work and financial models rely on assumptions and available evidence. Actual demand, cost, cash-flow and break-even may differ. Client capital remains client-controlled unless a separate lawful agreement states otherwise.
Case studies and public evidence
Case-study publication is optional and separate from service delivery. Public evidence should use an approved client label, verified source, measurement period, attribution limits and written publication consent. Consent to discuss a project is not automatically consent to publish it.
Third-party services
Hosting, payment gateways, plugins, analytics, email, booking, AI tools and external professionals have separate terms, availability and risks. AL FARSI X is not responsible for interruptions or policy changes outside its reasonable control.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website content, frameworks and brand assets may not be copied, misrepresented or used to make guaranteed-outcome claims. Client-owned data and project deliverables remain subject to the signed agreement.
Priority of signed agreements
These website terms provide general boundaries. If a signed client or participant agreement conflicts with them, the signed agreement governs to the extent allowed by applicable law.
