Information we collect

Consultation and pilot-application forms may collect name, company, phone, email, service interest, budget range, timeline, message and assessment summary. To understand which outreach led to a request, the form may also store the landing page, referring page and campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term). Hosting systems may process technical logs needed for security and reliable operation.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to review fit, respond to requests, arrange consultations, maintain lead records, understand campaign effectiveness, improve service quality, prevent abuse and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements.

Lead storage and access

Form submissions may be stored in the restricted WordPress administration area and sent to the configured notification email. Access should be limited to authorised AL FARSI X team members and approved service providers who need it for delivery or support.

Necessary storage, analytics and marketing

Necessary storage supports security, form timing, first-touch campaign attribution and the visitor’s saved privacy choice. Optional analytics and marketing are separate choices: configured Google Analytics loads only after Analytics consent, and configured Meta Pixel loads only after Marketing consent. Optional categories are off until chosen. Visitors can reject them, choose one category, or reopen “Privacy choices” from the footer and change the decision.

Sharing and international services

We do not sell consultation data. Information may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, booking or other service providers where required to run the website or deliver an agreed engagement. Each third-party service has its own privacy and security terms and may process information in another country.

Retention and requests

Lead details remain available while a consultation or engagement is active. By default, leads marked “Closed” or “Not a Fit” are anonymised after 365 days; an administrator can shorten, extend or disable that schedule to match approved legal and operating requirements. Security logs, contracts or financial records may follow different lawful retention periods. A person may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable contractual, security and legal requirements. When a matching email was supplied, authorised administrators can use the WordPress personal-data export and erasure workflow; phone-only requests require verified manual handling.

Children

This website is intended for business owners, investors, professionals and adult Career Lab applicants. It is not designed to knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls, but no website can guarantee absolute security. HTTPS, strong passwords, least-privilege access, authenticated email, backups and timely updates remain required.
