Revenue cash নয়
Invoice হলে sales হয়, collection হলে cash আসে। দ্রুত credit sales বাড়লে receivable, stock এবং supplier payment gap একসাথে capital চায়। Gross profit positive থেকেও bank balance চাপের মধ্যে যেতে পারে।
Four-number weekly view
Sales, collection, overdue receivable এবং inventory investment—একই trend chart-এ দেখুন। Collection-to-sales ratio এবং 30/60/90+ ageing movement owner-এর early warning.
Customer-level credit policy
সব customer-কে same credit limit না দিয়ে history, margin, strategic value, payment behaviour এবং security অনুযায়ী limit/term tier করুন। Sales team incentive শুধু invoice value-এ হলে wrong behaviour তৈরি হতে পারে; collection quality যুক্ত করুন।
Growth gate
New channel বা large customer scale করার আগে incremental working-capital need calculate করুন। Sales target বাড়ানো সহজ; financing gap কে fund করবে সেটি আগে ঠিক করা জরুরি।
Owner action: top 20 receivable-এর promised date, actual ageing, responsible owner এবং next collection action review করুন। Growth meeting-এ collection variance sales variance-এর সমান গুরুত্ব দিন।
